Elizabeth is an experienced Pacific consultant in international and community development with over 20 years of leadership, management, coordination, and program development experience. She specializes in program design, management, Monitoring and Evaluation, partnership management, Gender Equality, Disability and Social Inclusion, financial management, procurement, contracts management, public sector engagement and evaluation in humanitarian contexts and long-term development. Elizabeth is passionate about mentoring younger development workers to achieve and realise their careers aspirations and is a strong advocate for locally led development and localisation. She serves as a board member for two local NGOs in Vanuatu: The Engineers without Boarders in Vanuatu and the Family Reach Senta. Apart from that, Elizabeth serves in her local mama organisation, the Mothers Union as the Vice Regional Leader.
