Felicity is an experienced business professional with a track record of growing successful organisations in Aotearoa and Australia. She originally trained as a Chartered Accountant and then transitioned to operational and general management roles before owning and operating a number of medium sized businesses. Her philosophy is to grow in an ecological and sustainable way that benefits all stakeholders. She is currently a Director and major shareholder in Research Review, which provides updates of the latest medical research for health professionals in New Zealand and Australia together with expert commentary on the implications for local practice. Felicity has served in a voluntary capacity on several Boards including as board member and Honorary Treasurer for Oxfam Aotearoa (then Oxfam New Zealand) from 2012 to 2018 and has held a range of voluntary mentoring roles including as a mentor for Business Mentors New Zealand. She is inspired by helping people and organisations envision and implement change.
