Dr Willie Tokon is Chief Executive Officer of Transparency International Vanuatu and the Chair of the Vanuatu Association of NGOs. He used to serve as a Doctor at the Vanuatu Central Hospital. Dr Tokon is from Vanuatu and joined Oxfam in the Pacific's trust board in 2025.
